Heating Upgrade Survey
LB Southwark awarded a tender to BSW Heating to replace all the heating riser pumps, in all the blocks across the Brandon Estate.
This work commenced in spring 2019, and was intended to build in some redundancy into the system, and also allow for greater control of when the heating was switched on or off.
This upgrade has not gone at all smoothly, and we would please ask you to complete this survey so that we can share your responses with the LB Southwark contract team, BSW Heating, and OSO who are responsible for ongoing maintenance.
