The building is particularly suited to corporate conference hire, with the following spaces available.

Main hall (capacity 150) Ground Floor meeting / conference room (capacity 40) training room  (capacity 6) & small conference room (capacity 10).

We can supply AV screens PA system with microphones, and a range of staging options to deliver a corporate event / conference / product launch / staff presentation.

LB Southwark hired the whole building to host their March 23 full cabinet meeting, which was  attended by over 50 guests.

We are especially interested in promoting this type of hire, and facilitating your event.

We have a  range of AV equipment (can be hired & operated by our technical staff) to ensure that your event  runs smoothly, with high impact.

Filming / Production Company Hire

The Brandon Estate is a striking landmark example of post war, Brutalist, social housing, and is a much sought after film location.

We have worked closely with a number of film & production companies including the BBC (Dr  Who), Netflix (The Crown), Danny Boyle (Pistol) and HBO (The Palace) along with numerous smaller productions, to use the building as the production base, green room, staff catering,  costume & wardrobe, hair & make-up, equipment store, to ensure smooth and organised film shoots on and around the estate.
