Brandon Mobility and Fitness Session

Every Wednesday morning 11am to 12.30pm

At the Jack Hobbs (Wheelchair accessible)

Do you want loosen up, do some stretching or gently increase your level of fitness?

Sessions are developed for those with mobility challenges and health issues to take part. Yvonne, our instructor is very supportive and can take it up a notch for those more able bodied. If you live alone please come for a gentle workout as well as to meet others.

The session will run from 11am to 12pm with tea/coffee after so you have a chance to socialise.
