Development of this website

For too long the only way to get any information of what was happening with the TRA, was to attend a TRA monthly meeting at the Jack Hobbs Club. 

This website is the idea of Tom Lloyd, recently elected chair of the TRA, and we intend tobring the Brandon community into the 21st century. The main areas where residents will be able to interact, and post their opinions will be in the ‘Forum’ section, which you will need to register on the site, to post in. The Forum is currently divided into the following sub-headings:

General Discussion

(General conversations about life, the universe and everything)

 

Free cycle / For Sale / Items Wanted

( Rather than throw out old furniture and household items, recycle, or sell them within the community)

 

Family and children

(Anything to do with kids, families and so forth.)

 

Local trades and Services

(Discuss local traders and businesses, ask for recommendations and give feedback.)

 

Local Safer Neighbourhood Team

(Issues about crime, crime prevention and related topics)

 

Leaseholder Discussions

( Discuss issues about capital works, service charges, or Section 20 bills)

 

Gardening on the Estate

(Discussion group for all things gardening on the Brandon estate)
