Extra Refuse Bins?

We have an ongoing issue with a lack of refuse bins at the base of the tower blocks. There are insufficient bins provided and every weekend there is an overspill of refuse due to the bins being full to capacity. We are waiting for a response from Leon Williams (Cleaning Manager) to provide extra metal bins.
