As part of the Great Estates initiative, the TRA has been working with the Southwark gardening team to look at installing a refresh of the planters at the entrance to the tower blocks. Initially, four of the towers (Bateman, Brawne, Cornish & Cruden) have been selected, as these have water points available. A landscape gardener, Tatjana Hinic, has been appointed to work up some designs for the refresh of the planters outside the tower blocks. We hope that this renovation of the planting will be completed by March / April 2021.

Here is a gallery of some of the proposed planting to be used in the square beds in front of the blocks.
